Pudina Rasam (instant pot) in 2 mins | mint soup southindian | no mixer | no rasam powder | no lentils

Ingredients
4 tsp - oil
1 crystal asafotida or a pinch asafotida if powder
1 tsp - Jeera
2 - green chillies
1 cube - ginger finely chopped
PUDINA (MINT)  LEAVES 3/4 cup chopped and 1/4 cup leaves for garnish
3 tangy - juicy tomatos or a pod tamarind or 1 tsp tamarid paste
1/2 tsp  - turmeric powder
2 tsp - coriander seeds powder
Salt

4 cups water
1/4 pepper powder.


Method

In heated pot add oil and all the ingredients in order given above up-to salt.

Once the tomatoes and multiple leaves soften and cooked add 4 cups water.

Once boiled turn off flame and add pepper and 1/4 cup Pudina leaves.

It's simplest recipie for all u don't need mixer grinder or lentils or rasam powder seperatly for this recipe.

South Indian Pudina rasam (mint soup)  is ready to be served.
