Meditative while working = mindfulness ?

When i received this image via a chat window. I could not stop myself from penning my views on now composting helped me overcome the most confused, chaotic times of my life. also helped me get grounded.. my life lessons below.

I want to add composting to this given list of underrated meditative list.

Best life lessons i have learnt.

1. There is no death

2. It's all energy

3. We move into different shapes and forms it's an ongoing process (recyles)

4. So there is no death

5. It's a cycle. Life cycle of every life

6. I am a seed

7. I am transformed into a vine

8. I am leaves

9. I am flower

10. I am Ash gourd (lots of water content)

11. I am a curry (side to rice or cooked in dal)

12. I am fodder (raw form for animal or cooked form for humans)

13. I am glucose inside body

14. I am energy one half one half I am excreta of a human

15. Energy used for the human machine to function physically emotionally spiritually

16. Excreta is again manure for good top soil

17. What about the other part of me as Ash gourd

18. I am a seed again

19. I am cut off as peels

20. My peels are again into soil composting to make a good soil

21. I am soil (composting)

22. Energized soil the uterus of next seed to be planted and sprouted.

23. Life is a cycle it's a journey

24. There is nothing called waste in this life.

25. Everything has a meaning and a purpose

26. Every purpose when fulfilled has to move on to the other

27. That's the path of evolution / transforming from one stage to another ...

All of this is so subtle and life teaching .

And yes everything is one and when we see similarities we realize it's all meditative.

And anything truly meditative is deathless that is life .🙏🏼
