A New journey, in this new decade

Hi I am home maker and a mother.

I would be penning down a great deal of simple things that we do in our daily life which is far more important than great amount of success that people are comparing with.

I have completely different Idea and understanding of what success is.  If I have to be a happy human being outside my home at a community at large, I should have had amazing parenting. Home is our first school for each and everyone of us.

I would be sharing some of my intuitive exposures and experiences at home.

Home is where heart is,
Home is the first place we learn to play and laugh,
Home is the first place we start our education,
Home is the first place we learn organisation,
Home is the first place We Learn Our faith,
Home is the first place we learn about food,
Home is the first place we learn about compassion,
Home is a first place will learn compromise..


A place that is built with bricks, glass, cement or wood is just house it becomes a home only when we put and compassion love care Joy happiness and lot of warm bodies in it.

Welcome to simply at home.

I have always heard the saying, 'mind is a monkey'. Of late with the kind of network and connectivity, we have loads of information in much less than a click of a button. Attention Deficient - Who does not have it?

 Attention is something anyone should have when it comes to focusing and learning anything in life. I am going to share an experience I just had and decided to share what enlightenment I just got to the terminology or tagging one a ADD or attention deficit disorder.  I was trying to read a couple of pages from a spiritual text, normally very insightfull areas need more understanding and repeated readings, however this one is a story like chapter ideally easy to read and relate. The TV was on with songs i dont prefer, the road was buzzing with traffic honking of vehicles, somenes watsap was playing some forward, technically i have been able to focus on reading despite all these sounds. But what happened just now? I could not read one short passage, i was reading and re-reading. It was my mind, it was running with multiple things from within that i could not focus or give attention to reading. IT was nothing from the outside. 100 Days of Consistency - Is that possible?

Being consistent was always boring and not my piece of cake. Everyday has to be different and new.  But to develop a new habit or replace an old one needs tremendous amount of consistency irrespective of how we feel at that time and space. For that I am going to be grateful to my parents for pushing me at this ripe age too. In the last two years I tried to read books, listen to motivational podcasts and implement those with blind fold faith. Why? since mind was already preoccupied and overwhelmed with a great deal of do do things in my list. What I leant from my experience is thus in a nutshell is below: Habit changer attempt 1: 21 days to make a new habit. Well this helps but once the date 21 comes to a full circle I did fall back to the old me. It did feel good that i was able to take action.  I would suggest each one to start here to understand that yes it is possible if we put our minds and body in action.
