Mother = Infinite energy?

I dint plan to pen this down in line to Mother's Day month, however landed to be so. A flow of thoughts that I wanted to capture in form of text. If you feel it to be true do share with like-minded friends. Thq.

You and I are all miracles, this thought dawned on me when I was told - ' oh you are a mother to be'. For each of our lives are from that unknown source. Till then I dint understand the true meaning of the word miracle.
A huge shift in mindset a huge shift in the physical self, yes that is a mother to be.

If just a mother to be, can feel this much of understanding and maturity, imagine what she can be when she becomes one. U dont need to if you are one u know it already.

In the modern era, when we have all possible help which my mom or grandmom never had; is complaining about no time, no energy, no support, no understanding, no me time and so on. 

For some reason I never understood why this me time was such a hype these days. Well thanks to media and markets which is selling the concept of oh u don't have time for your own self so invest in 

diapers (forget the landfill forget toilet training for years to come).
washing machine (forget the top soil let it l erode use that chemical to wash the cloths we will replace it with chemical syrups for you and your child for eternity u may have that micro nutrient from the pharma)
zomato or swiggy (pre processed and pre heated, tastes yummy but never safe for the tummy)
why should men have all the fun - do you remember this quote from a scooter advertisement? so zoom off to meet your friends at mid night after the kid sleeps...

where are we heading with this kind of a mindset? Is that what a mother would do?

Sadly, these are influencing the next generation for sure, that they are not either interested in a wed lock nor kids. For this me is so bigger, Absolutely when a child comes into life be it you or me as a child, its a responsibility of both the father and the mother, Father has his own role to play which can impact a young soul if there is no father around in a different way, Well lets get back to the mother,

I wondered how despite having a washing machine and having that overhead tank which retains water and help me when i open that tap, i don't need to use a well and fetch that pale of water to  handwash those bed wetting cloths.

It was never one or two kids then, a joint family of kids, eyes never shut at nights and still they managed to wake up next day and show up afresh from that morning coffee till night dinner and still the night regime used to continue.

today we don't need to run behind sun dried wood to start that flame its all in an instant, still todays mommys find it hard.

I am grateful to those parents and grandparents of my era, who never ever complained about the child falling sick or bedwetting or staying awake all night or ... the list goes on, She was/is an infinite source of energy.

I am glad i draw such energy too, its been 48 hours and i have hand 2+2 hours of sleep. I decided to say thanks to all those mothers.

The next time you meet a mom, particularly a caregiver mom, and if you wish to help her, give her your time.

NO vacation or spa helps her. ITs extra work to pack unpack and plan and organize and comeback and reorganize home for her. holidays are the last thing she will want. Give her your time.

How can you give a mom your time as a gift?

Fold those cloths, she can nap.
take that child for a walk, she can nap.
baby sit that kid, she can nap
give her your ears without judgment or comment, you will be her GOD listening to her body pain.
talk to her
play with her
ask her what she wants, that would be the best, dont do things that you think or the market or world things is the bet gift.
just ask, for she would know each of you have your own life to handle, and when you are free to give that helping hand is when she will fell less guilty to that that gift called time and energy from you.

Let me tell u from experience, the best gift you can give a mother is some energy in form of your time.

And lets not make this a gender issue. It can be anyone.

Trust me, she will be ever grateful for that few mins of nap time or that few mins of help in her kitchen. For she will be relaxed that the meal made is not money minded but with love for other souls in teh home. A swiggy or zomatto can only do it for money, it will not heal the way a mothers touch in the way a good intended soul prepares.

lots of love to you, embrace the woman energy in you and bring that infinite energy out to help each other for this world to be a better place to live in.

Attention Deficient - Who does not have it?

 Attention is something anyone should have when it comes to focusing and learning anything in life. I am going to share an experience I just had and decided to share what enlightenment I just got to the terminology or tagging one a ADD or attention deficit disorder.  I was trying to read a couple of pages from a spiritual text, normally very insightfull areas need more understanding and repeated readings, however this one is a story like chapter ideally easy to read and relate. 100 Days of Consistency - Is that possible?

Being consistent was always boring and not my piece of cake. Everyday has to be different and new.  But to develop a new habit or replace an old one needs tremendous amount of consistency irrespective of how we feel at that time and space. For that I am going to be grateful to my parents for pushing me at this ripe age too.
