Meditative while working = mindfulness ?

When i received this image via a chat window. I could not stop myself from penning my views on now composting helped me overcome the most confused, chaotic times of my life. also helped me get grounded.. my life lessons below.  I want to add composting to this given list of underrated meditative list. My Child My Guru - Your Child Your Teacher

Yesterday i was in this last hour unplanned journey, a calling? What you seek shall seek you. I think I wanted to know about myself to know my child and there surprisingly as I closed the day and the entire days interactions, I felt oh, what I am going thru is my childhood patterns and things I want to break free  - I expect in others in form of acceptance.
