Aim : Child who has sound production to attempt imitating min one sound from the story.

Achieved : Child imitated one sound KAKA and attempted another sound.


Lets take one day at a time one step at a time towards greatness in life. Happy child that he was successful in attempting imitation of sound.

I am a person who needs the windows / doors open first thing morning. I am COVID. I came to tell you something important. I want you to slow down, that's my message to you towards the New Normal.  Let me ask you something, are you happy with this fast-paced life? Meditative while working = mindfulness ?

When i received this image via a chat window. I could not stop myself from penning my views on now composting helped me overcome the most confused, chaotic times of my life. also helped me get grounded.. my life lessons below.  I want to add composting to this given list of underrated meditative list.
